Terms
Licence. A lifetime licence is for one person or one company, active on up to three browsers, with a fair-use ceiling of 300 distinct sites a year. The free tier allows five page captures a month on one browser. Keys are not transferable between companies.
What you may capture. Pages you own, pages you are engaged to migrate, and pages you otherwise have the right to reproduce. SiteGrab downloads nothing your browser has not already downloaded, but copyright applies to the result: republishing someone else's design, copy, photographs or fonts without permission is on you, not on us.
Refusals. We block hosts on legal request, and we suspend licences used to mass-produce copies of a single site. Suspension for abuse is not refundable.
What is not promised. Fidelity is measured, not guaranteed: server behaviour, authenticated pages, live APIs, DRM media, cross-origin embeds and script-driven timelines cannot be reproduced by a static capture, and a capture is taken at one viewport. The published figures come from our own benchmark and your pages may score differently.
Refunds. Fourteen days, no questions, provided the fair-use ceiling has not been used up.
Updates. An unpacked extension does not auto-update. We publish new builds here and the panel tells you when yours is behind; installing them is your move.
