CopyAnySite is not in the Chrome Web Store, so it installs as an unpacked extension. That takes a minute the first time and leaves the extension without auto-update — the panel tells you when a newer build exists.
Loading it
Chrome loads the extension from that folder every time it starts, so don't leave it in Downloads.

Top right of that page. Chrome disables unpacked extensions whenever this is off, so if CopyAnySite goes quiet, check it first.
Choose the folder you unpacked. CopyAnySite appears in the list straight away.
Then open any page you want to capture and press the icon to open the side panel.
It activates the browser you are on. The free key below is enough to judge the output.
